Interview Training

Getting any job almost always requires an interview. These can range from a relatively simple one-off meeting with an employer to a process that takes several meetings and can involve tests, presentations, joint exercises and discussions with a variety of people from the employing company.

To be frank no one really likes interviews, a bit like cold calling but like a good CV, knowing how to do well in an interview is very important to winning a new job.

We can help

Interview skills are not overly complicated and, like CVs, people have different opinions about what you should or shouldn't do. Just like our approach to CV writing we aim to provide solid common sense and ongoing advice about how to make the most of your interview opportunities. If you have a multi-stage interview process we will be there to offer advice, take your feedback, assess your progress to date – what you feel you did well and perhaps not so well.

As with consultations you can spend as much or as little time as you feel is necessary to achieve your goals. We aim to provide value for money and not to overload you with jargon and unnecessary information – just sound, practical assistance.
